For this stage, I have decided to incorporate the ideas of light and dark by starting off my project of taking photos of Manchester in the day and at night, using inspiration from Andrew Prokos as he really explores the idea of contrasting the day and night of different environments. My aim for the photoshoot was to take images in the same places so I could compare the images in the day and at night as well as merging the photos for my digital developments just like Prokos. I also used selective colour for some of my images too. Then to develop my images further, I have used black ink to produce detailed transfer pictures that make the photos look very abstract and unique.
